Council on International Law and Politics

CILP was born in Chicago in 2011 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and re-born in Indianapolis in 2018 with a more narrow scope. Today, CILP is active in two key areas, publications and consulting services. We organize and co-organize events, including professional training events and programs. We provide consulting services to private and public entities via our members and professional partners, and we publish high quality books and papers in the areas of international business and trade law, law and development, promotion of rule of law and democracy, human rights, as well as economic and social justice.
